3. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in their agreement. BKR Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on project stage and work completed. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Limitation of Liability
BKR Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
